GCE Group to develop modernization program for one of the largest airspace companies in Russia


Progress AAC, PJSC and GCE-Energo, LLC (a member of GCE Group) signed a contract on the audit of the company’s energy infrastructure. The work is to be performed within the framework of the Federal Targeted Program «Development of the Military-Industrial Complex of the Russian Federation for 2011-2020».

The energy audit will be conducted in two stages. At first, GCE experts will collect data on consumption and generation of fuel and energy resources, and develop an action plan for energy efficiency improvement. The second stage will consist in studying the ongoing projects of the energy infrastructure development and designing a comprehensive modernization program to 2025.

The final step will be registration of the developed energy performance certificate in the Ministry of Energy. The project is to be completed by April 2018.

President Vladimir Putin repeatedly named the development and modernization of the military and industrial complex a top national priority: «Today, the development and modernization of the military and industrial complex is a top national priority. The key tasks in this direction include qualified staff training, development and implementation of state-of-the-art technologies in the industry».

Progress Arsenyev Aviation Company of N.I. Sazykin, a subsidiary of Russian Helicopters Holding (Rostec Corporation), is an aircraft manufacturer and one of the largest company in the Russian airspace sector. The signature product of Progress AAC is combat helicopters Ka-52 Alligator, one of the most exceptional models of its class.
