Changes to regulations on safety at hazardous chemical facilities to be discussed at the Forum


Oleg Morozov, Head of HSE Department of URALCHEM Holding, is going to present a proposal on amendments to Federal Standards “Safety Rules at Hazardous Chemical Facilities” as part of the Standards revision by Postekhnadzor.

The presentation will cover general requirements to operations of hazardous industrial facilities in chemical industry, justifications of changes due to discrepancies with Federal Law No.116 and technical regulations of the Customs Union.

International Forum on Industrial Safety is the largest platform for sharing experience in the area of man-made accidents prevention and management.

For the past several years the Forum was attended by representatives of industrial companies and supervisory authorities from 35 countries: the UK, Brazil, Germany ,France, Italy, Switzerland, Hungary, South Korea, the South African Republic, Poland, Chile, Belarus, the Ukraine, Kazakhstan and many others. The event is supported by the UN, Government of the Russian Federation, CIS Executive Committee, the Russian Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources, IAEA, the Russian Academy of Sciences.
